8B Creators is looking for a Creator Recruitment & Community Coordinator to help us build one of the most active creator networks in the Philippines. Your main role will be to discover new Filipino creators, communicate with them, and introduce opportunities available through 8B Creators. Key Responsibilities - Discover potential creators through Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram - Monitor Filipino creator, model, influencer, and job communities - Post creator recruitment opportunities in relevant Facebook groups - Reach out to potential creators through DM and Messenger - Introduce creators to 8B Creators - Help creators register and complete their profiles - Invite creators to auditions and projects - Follow up with applicants and creators - Maintain relationships with existing creators - Coordinate basic creator schedules and project information - Maintain and organize creator information - Track creator recruitment performance
Requirements
Active user of Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram Comfortable communicating with new people online Good English communication skills Able to work on-site in Makati Comfortable sending DMs and Messenger outreach Familiar with Filipino social media communities Basic Google Sheets or Excel skills Interested in creators, influencers, entertainment, and social media trends Organized and able to follow up consistently
Preferred
Experience managing Facebook groups or communities Creator, influencer, or model-related experience Social media marketing experience Strong understanding of TikTok Basic Canva skills Outgoing and comfortable meeting new people
